About Us

‘KABULE – the Wise Leader’ is an international training institute based in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is established with the aim of supporting individuals and professionals in their development. Whether you are seeking a profound change or just looking for a boost to an already satisfying life, ‘KABULE’ is here to facilitate the process through a multitude of diverse and effective methods.

At KABULE we believe that each of us has immensely powerful potential within us. Through the years, we have specialized in unlocking this potential in both individuals and groups through innovative training courses and one-on-one coaching. Our programs have been attended by hundreds of leaders and thousands of professionals from prestigious organizations in Nepal and around the world. The overwhelming responses we received from participants have inspired us to continually refresh ourselves with innovations and expand our services for highest development of people and organizations.

KABULE works holistically at four levels in you:
THE MIND (THINKING or IQ): Developing healthy mindsets, like shifting from blaming to claiming; openness to learning; balance; recognizing limiting patterns and transforming them through awareness and action.

THE HEART (FEELING) or Emotional Intelligence (EQ): How to understand and master this realm... by transforming anger, sadness and fear into creative energy; connecting with the feelings of our own and others; and understanding the vital world of relationships.

THE BODY (ACTION) or Physical Intelligence (PQ): We are often divorced from our body’s intelligence — how to connect with it through breath and movement to unleash vibrant energy and action; and understanding space and time to go beyond it.

THE SPIRIT (ESSENCE) or Spiritual Intelligence (SQ): It is the source and the goal of masterful leadership and facilitation — how to access the joyful space that embraces paradoxes and allows intuitive magic to unfold in life through synchronicities and flow.
