Introduction and Objectives

Communication is a process of co-creation. It is vital in building connections between people and inspiring them towards achieving results.

The program will deal with two facets of communication. First, the inner aspect: how you talk to yourself– your beliefs towards yourself, towards other people and the world around you. Second, how deeply you can understand others’ intentions and feelings and based on those, express yourself fully and effectively. It is about generously listening to others and genuinely expressing yourself. In-depth understanding of our own strengths and weaknesses as well as understanding the principles of interpersonal dynamics are the essential basics of this program.

On completion of the program you will understand how your communication plays the centre role in determining other’s responses and how it helps you to get desired behaviours from others. The program aims to equip you with the practical skills of effective communication with regards to building relationships and getting results. It will lay the foundation for becoming a change agent in your organisation, your department, your team and most importantly, your own life.

The program sets the objectives to:

  • One full day of practicing NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) tools for enhancing communication
