R. Manandhar
R. Manandhar is a professional trainer, executive life coach and psychological counselor. With two decades of leadership and managerial experience in international organizations under his belt, he has been helping people better develop their personal and professional excellence for the last seven years. His programs have touched the lives of hundreds of people, who claim to have been positively transformed following their participation.
He has led Kabule in designing and delivering trainings particularly on leadership, management and team building exercises for years. He is also a certified NLP trainer from ICTA and Makani Academy (Denmark and Cyprus). He has received trainings on inspiring leadership, Gestalt, mindfulness and Positive Psychology from internationally reputed trainers.
He has also been a regular columnist in several magazines on leadership and personal development. He has contributed to Yubamunch monthly youth digest for two years; and at present he has been contributing to The Himalayan Times (Nepal’s No. 1 English daily) as a columnist of the ‘Leadership League’ since 2010.
Manandhar has been a Buddhist monk for five years studying and practicing Buddhism in Thailand. He is studying Eastern philosophy and practicing yoga and meditations.
(Mr. Manandhar used to be leading training programs in Kabule, but now he is volunteering on coaching and mentoring other trainers. He is not receiving fees but contributing to charity.)

Mr. Deepak Sawhney is a credentialed coach by International Coach Federation, USA. Deepak’s niche is Executive & Business Coaching. He has achieved the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) marking excellence.
Previously, he has gained more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions in sales, operations, learning and OD functions in large corporations in India. He has worked with Magma Fincorp Ltd, Karvy, Reliance Industries Ltd. and Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd.
Deepak has coached senior managers on issues related to business and breakthrough performances, along with leadership effectiveness areas. He has delivered programs to various companies working on variety of sectors such as IT, semi-conductors, services, manufacturing, media & communications.
Deepak has been trained on Executive Coaching with Marshall Goldsmith – world renowned coach at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has further imbibed the coaching methodology propagated by David Rock– Results Coaching System. He has been licensed/certified on Thomas Profiling for Administration of Personal Profile Assessment (DISC). He has also been successfully managing COACHCONNECT program of Certified Financial Analysts (CFA) forum (700 members) IAIP.
Sanjeev Kumar Sampath
Sanjeev Kumar Sampath is the founder of Keystone Training Circle. A post-graduate in Mass Communication, he has been in the field of training and people development for over a decade with over 300 trainings in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, communication training, voice and speech accentuation, behavioral, leadership trainings and Train the Trainer (TTT) courses for facilitation skills. His prior training experience spans various multi-national corporates and training firms, before he founded Keystone Training Circle.
Sanjeev has trained under internationally recognized NLP trainers like Robert Smith, Liz Bailey, Nick Kemp, Andrew T Austin, Dr David Lincoln amongst others. He is a certified Master Practitioner, an INLPTA Certified NLP Trainer and is a registered training member with international bodies- ANLP-CIC, ABNLP & INLPTA and is also a certified Practitioner of IEMT.
He has successfully conducted several NLP Certification trainings across several cities in India. He also works with clients (individuals and corporate) for instilling self empowerment, overcoming depression, phobias and personal limiting beliefs, individual wellness, goal alignment and value mapping... all this using NLP practices, integral eye movement therapy (IEMT) and metaphors of movement.

Kiran received a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a certified NLP Practitioner by the creator, Dr. Richard Bandler. He has close to 15 years of experience in training, consulting, marketing and leading change and has previously worked with ITC’s Packaging and HCL’s InfoTech business.
Prakash Basnet
Prakash Basnet is the Co-owner and Managing Director of Bela Nepal, Bela International Business Pvt. Ltd. based in Kathmandu Nepal. He is the brain behind the company and Bela brand, which specializes in FMCG and Commodity sector.
He has been in senior management positions for last 13 years working as Operations Manager at Premier Inn, UK’s award winning leading Hotel Chain Company, part of Whitbread PLC. During those years he was also involved in training on Develop Talents to Senior Levels, Maximizing Sales, Maximizing Profitability and Build Guest Obsessed Team along with Coaching for High Performance, Effective Communication Skill, Team Building and Leadership trainings. His lively, inventive and inspiring training methods produced several award winning teams. He has been honored with the Best Manager award in London region.
He then took his training skills to the new level becoming a certified NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner in both Classic and New Code NLP. He is trained and certified by Master trainer Steven Pyne, NLP Master Trainer, Certified by Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier at University of California, Santa Cruz, California, Master Trainer John Thompson, supported and assisted the co-creator of NLP Dr. John Grinder and Master Trainer Maggie Meigh. He is an associate trainer at Kabule the Wise Leader. He has been a personal coach, business consultant and therapist to many clients for several years.
Ms. Nupur Bhattacharya
Ms. Nupur Bhattacharya, also a renowned singer, has worked as advocacy leader for the cause of children and women in Nepal for over three decades.
She has spent 17 years of professional life with Radio Nepal Broadcasting Services and 18 years with Save the Children Norway as Advocacy Director and Advisor.
She was the pioneer to raise the awareness on the issues of children & youths with disabilities in Nepal, which she did through Child-to-Child Hatemalo Radio Programme. She introduced the concept of Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) for children with disabilities and initiated CBR Projects to improve the situation of and environment around children with disabilities. UNICEF-Nepal helped her in this mission involving her to work in the field of disability research, advocacy, CBR implementation etc. during the period from 1980-1988.
From 1989 to 2007, she worked with Save the Children Norway in directorial positions and recently as an Advisor advocating on issues of children’s rights, influencing for attitudinal changes, policy & legal changes and enabling duty bearers and stakeholders at different levels to meet their obligations towards children and child rights.
She is an Honours Graduate from Calcutta University, India. She has done higher level studies in Mental and Moral Philosophy which includes Human Psychology and development. She is a good counsellor too.

Have been very fortunate to meet and learn from many sanyasis, monks, yoga teachers, ayurveda practitioners, health experts, divine experts and books that have contributed in bringing about a transformation as was just relevant at that particular time when they came in my life!
My corporate dose of stress was received during a sales stint with Wipro-GE Medical Systems and I am very grateful for that experience. After the sales stint I decided to do what I was passionate about and hence got into corporate training. In the last nine years I have worked with more than 105 corporates and facilitated workshops for more than 12,000 participants in a variety of areas.
